Christopher Long is the President and CEO of Washington Resource Associates (WRA), a leading public affairs consulting firm specializing in strategy and planning, public policy education, and industry-government collaboration. As a successful innovator and builder of partnerships and coalitions, Mr. Long has made a significant impact in his field. He is the founder of the Digital Dialogue Forum, a public-private partnership that brings together leading technology companies and senior federal decision makers to drive progress and collaboration. He established the highly acclaimed Homeland Security & Defense Forum, which serves as a critical platform for industry government collaboration. And, Mr. Long leads the nonprofit think-tank Center for Public Policy Innovation (CPPI), producing educational programs for Members of Congress and their staff about emerging technology.

Christopher Long has dedicated two decades of his career to providing free tax assistance to millions of lower and moderate income individuals and families. His tireless efforts to organize tax assistance, training, and promotional workshops across the country, in partnership with elected officials and community leaders, have had a lasting impact on the financial stability and well-being of countless Americans.

Since July 1, 2021, Mr. Long has served on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Innovation Partnership Authority (VIPA), whose mission is to drive economic development, spur innovation, and support a thriving start-up ecosystem in Virginia.
